At Leishi.com.au, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item for any reason, we’ve made the process simple, flexible, and hassle-free.

RETURN TIMEFRAME​
You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your purchase. To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in a resaleable condition

Items should be in the original packaging, if possible​

CUSTOMISED OR PERSONALISED ITEMS​
Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. This is in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

REFUND-ONLY (NO EXCHANGES)
Leishi does not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, colour, or size, please place a new order after receiving your refund for the returned item.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM​
We’ve made returns easy with our Drop-Off Point method:

Request your return or exchange by emailing us at customerservice@leishi.com.au. We’ll provide a prepaid return label.

Pack your item securely, ideally using the original packaging.

Drop it off at your nearest post office at a time convenient for you.
Once we’ve received and checked your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly and keep you updated along the way.

RETURN COSTS​

Returns via Drop-Off Point incur a $3.95 fee per request, which will be deducted from your refund.

No fee applies if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

REFUNDS​

Refunds will be made to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.​​​

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS​
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with a description and photos. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Please note: Natural variations in jute, such as colour, texture, and pattern differences, are an inherent characteristic of the material and are not considered defects.
